1. Puja Booking & Confirmation

To confirm your puja booking, you must provide accurate details (Name, Gotra, Date of Birth). A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment (Dakshina) is received or as agreed upon with Pandit Ji.

2. Payments & Dakshina

• The Dakshina covers the cost of Samagri (materials), the venue, and the Pandit's services.
• Payments can be made via UPI, Cash, or Bank Transfer.
• Prices for pujas (like Kaal Sarp Dosh or Mangal Dosh) may vary based on the type of ritual selected.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans can change. However:

• If you cancel 24 hours before the puja, we may refund the advance after deducting any material costs already incurred.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the same day of the puja.
• If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, temple restrictions), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the date.

4. Code of Conduct

While attending the puja at the temple or ghat in Ujjain, devotees are expected to dress modestly and maintain the sanctity of the place. Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited before and during the ritual.

5. Changes to Services

Mangal Shanti Ujjain reserves the right to modify puja timings or venues in case of heavy crowds at Mahakaleshwar or other temples. We will inform you of any changes in advance.
